(More customer reviews)After reading the reviews I decided to try the product to regulate my cycle. I didn't really want to get pregnant from this... but we did, sometime in the first 8 weeks. I only took 1 a day.

I've had trouble with my cycles since college (about 10 years ago), and 2 years ago took Cholmid in order to conceive. 2 months ago I had to take Provera again (it cleans out the lining but doesn't cause ovulation) because I hadn't had a period in 3 months and was spotting a lot. Then I was looking for something herbal to help regulate my period so I wouldn't have to take a drug every few months.

The Vitex seemed to regulate my hormones well.While I didn't get a full period the first month I was on it, just spotting, I am pregnant. We're not sure when in that 8 weeks it occurred, but something happened with this herb that helped my body to actually ovulate.
